Financial Notes:
A-TEC declared bankruptcy October 2010 on failure of its Energy Group, and by Sept 2011 working on restructuring involving outside holding companies. Other A-TEC subsidiaries include drive technology, and minerals/metals. Acquires DS Technologie (Dorries Scharmann, Droop + Rein, Berthiez) in August 2007, and following bankruptcy sells DST to Starragheckert Jan 2011, discontinues Mecof. Re-stated 2009 MT Revenue (without DST and Mecof) was €91.7-million.
